Full house renovation
Kitchen, flooring, trim, toilets, bathroom remodels, paint and a full repipe, all handled by one crew.
Deck rebuild with built-in bench
Rotted, mossy decking torn out down to the framing, then all-new deck boards and a rebuilt built-in bench, finished with stain.
Driveway replacement
A wide new driveway poured from the garage to the street, with control joints and a broom finish.
Driveway extension
Concrete pumped in from the street, then a new driveway poured beside the garage and extended down the side yard to a new slab out back.
Patios and porches
New broom-finish patios and porch slabs with control joints, including a covered patio with a curved edge and smooth-trowel border.
Slabs and curved pours
Large slabs formed, poured and hand-finished, plus custom curved forms for ramps and transitions.
Exposed aggregate patio
A curved backyard patio along a rock wall: forms set, concrete poured and finished, then washed to reveal an exposed aggregate surface.
Concrete walkway and steps
New concrete steps, a landing and a walkway formed and poured along a retaining wall.
Kitchen remodel with pantry wall and hidden laundry
White shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, tile backsplash with under-cabinet lighting, a floor-to-ceiling pantry wall around the fridge, and a stacked washer and dryer tucked behind a cabinet door.
Laundry room plumbing rough-in
New framing and plumbing for a laundry room: two washer outlet boxes with new supply lines and drains, roughed in and ready for inspection and drywall.
Water heater replacement
A new electric water heater installed with seismic straps and new hot and cold supply lines.
Stacked stone fireplace and reception desk
Stacked stone veneer work: a floor-to-ceiling fireplace surround with a stone hearth and mantel, and a stone-clad reception desk for a salon.
Specialty ceilings
Tenant improvements for offices and retail: metal stud framing, suspended ceiling grids, finished drop ceilings with new lighting, drywall soffits and tray ceilings, LED cove lighting and acoustic ceiling panels.
Full bathroom remodel
A tub converted to a walk-in shower with a fold-down seat, grab bars and a handheld shower, plus a new vanity, toilet, lighting, flooring and paint.
Tub and surround replacement
A cracked, patched tub swapped out for a new tub and surround with built-in shelves.

We install all types of countertops: Formica and other laminates, quartz, granite, solid surface, butcher block and more. These kitchens got new marble-look Formica tops.

Custom steel and iron built in our own shop: driveway and walk gates, handrails, kennels, smokers and one-of-a-kind pieces.
Custom dragon gate
A double driveway gate in black steel with a custom-cut stainless sea dragon, waves and crescent moon.
Custom walk gates
Steel walk gates built in our shop and fitted to the opening: a laser-cut geometric privacy gate, and a picket gate shown from fabrication to install with a keyed lockset.
Custom metal gates and fences
Steel-framed hardwood gates and fences, plus a geometric security gate built in our shop.
Rod iron rails
Handrails built to fit the stairs and anchored into concrete.
Custom dog kennel
A stainless steel dog kennel fabricated in our shop, with a heavy welded-wire gate and solid panels for privacy and easy cleaning.
Custom-built smoker
A heavy-gauge steel vertical smoker fabricated from scratch: offset firebox, latching insulated door, expanded-metal side shelf and lower rack, tool hooks and a built-in bottle holder.
Custom woodworking
Built-ins, mantels, outdoor furniture and restorations, made and finished by hand.
Custom built-ins and fireplace mantel
A full living room wall of built-in cabinets with shaker doors, wood countertops, mirrored backs and glass shelves, framing the fireplace with a new wood mantel.
Restored benches and chairs
Cast iron park benches and chairs stripped, refinished in custom colors and fitted with new hardwood slats, sanded, stained and sealed.
Custom raised planter boxes
Handbuilt elevated planter boxes on legs, made to size, from a long garden bed to smaller single planters.
